What interested me into starting this series was initially an AI prompt (<em>AI was not used in the writing of this post :)</em>) but as a canadian born chinese, I was influenced by a multitude of different food cultures growing up and now as a home cook, learning in depth about how ingredients shapes the food I cook, is intruiging.</p>]]></content:encoded>
